  • 1 Green pepper, Green peas 1cup ,2Carrots,1Onion,,2tsf ginger and green chilly crush ,1Tea spoon Garam masala, quarter tea spoon of turmeric powder,,1 Tea spoon of red chilly powder,2 cup of rice,Salt as per taste

Directions

  • Take a pressure cooker add oil once heated then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds wait for them to crackle then add ginger and green chillies crush and mix everything let it cook for few seconds then add asafoetida and curry leaves and add finely chopped carrots and green peas and green pepper mix everything and add turmeric powder and garam masala powder and red chilly powder and salt as per taste and llet vegetables cook for some time then add hot water and rice add one teaspoon of clarified butter and close lid of cooker and allow two whistle and let pressure subside then remove the lid .. Garnish with fresh coriander and grated fresh coconut
